1. Who We Are

ArtFit Studio and Galleri MDA are mobile applications operated by De Agustín Art ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Sweden. You can reach us at christian@deagustinart.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect the following when you use our apps:

• Photos you take or select from your photo library to use with ArtFit Studio
• Wall and artwork dimension inputs you enter in the app
• App preferences stored locally on your device (for example, unit preference and dismissed tips)
• Subscription and purchase information processed through Apple's App Store

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

The apps may collect limited technical data to operate correctly, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version and crash reports
• Basic usage analytics to help us improve the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the core features of the app, including AI wall cleanup and artwork placement
• Process and validate in-app subscriptions and credit balances
• Improve the app and fix bugs
• Respond to support enquiries

4. Third-Party Services

ArtFit Studio uses third-party services to deliver its features. By using the app, you acknowledge that images you submit for wall cleanup are processed by these services:

• AI Image Processing: When you use the wall cleanup feature, your photo and mask are sent to a licensed third-party AI service for processing. Images are used solely to generate your result and are not used to train AI models.
• Cloud Storage (Google Firebase): Images are temporarily stored during processing and deleted once your result is delivered. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Subscription Management (RevenueCat): Handles subscription validation and purchase records. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store: Processes all payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Galleri MDA is a catalog application and does not transmit personal data to third-party AI services.

5. Image Data

When you use the AI wall cleanup feature in ArtFit Studio, your wall photo and painted mask are temporarily uploaded for processing. We do not retain these images beyond the time needed to deliver your result. Images are deleted after your session completes or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not share them with any party other than the processing service.

6. Data Storage and Security

Most app data, including your preferences and credit count, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a user account system. Your subscription status is validated on each session start through our subscription provider.

We use TLS/HTTPS for all data transmitted between the app and our services. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to rectification of inaccurate data
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• The right to restrict processing
• The right to data portability
• The right to object to processing

8. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
