Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of HypeTime ("HypeTime", "the App"), developed and operated by De Agustín Art, based in Höganäs, Sweden. By purchasing or using HypeTime, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

HypeTime is a fully offline alarm and timer app for iOS. It works without an internet connection and does not rely on any backend service.

2. Purchase and Pricing

• HypeTime is a paid app, available for a one-time purchase of €2 (or the local equivalent set by Apple) through the Apple App Store.
• There are no subscriptions.
• There are no in-app purchases.
• Payment, billing, taxes, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Audio Content

• Voice audio bundled with the App was generated using ElevenLabs and is included with your purchase for use inside the App.
• Bundled sounds are licensed to you for personal use inside HypeTime only. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell them.
• You may import your own audio files to use as custom alarm or timer sounds. You retain all rights to any audio files you import.

4. User Content

HypeTime is a fully offline app. No user-generated content (imported audio, alarm labels, timers, etc.) is uploaded, shared, or transmitted anywhere. Your content stays on your device.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its bundled audio.
• Extract or redistribute bundled audio files outside of the app.

6. "As Is" Provision

HypeTime is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we make every effort to ensure alarms and timers fire reliably, you should not rely on HypeTime alone for situations where a missed alarm could cause serious harm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, De Agustín Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HypeTime, including but not limited to missed alarms, missed events, or loss of imported audio files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
